Our refund policy is designed to ensure that our customers can try our services risk-free. This refund policy applies to all services and plans offered by Flickerwall, including the Basic, Pro, and Enterprise plans.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  1. You must have purchased a plan from Flickerwall within the last 14 days.
  2. You must have used the service for less than 7 days.
  3. You must have not exceeded the fair usage limits of the service.
  4. You must have not breached any of the terms and conditions of the service.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your account details, including your mobile number and the plan you purchased.
  3. Include the original invoice or any proof of purchase.
  4. State the reason for your refund request.
  5. Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Refund Amount

If your refund request is approved, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid for the service, minus charges for the time you used the service, any applicable taxes, platform fees, and transaction fees. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days following approval. Exceptions may apply.

The refund amount will be calculated using the following formula:

Refund Amount = Total Amount Paid - (Charges for Time Used + Applicable Taxes + Platform Fees + Transaction Fees)

Exceptions

The following exceptions apply to our refund policy:

  1. Custom plans: Refunds for custom plans are subject to negotiation and may not be eligible for a full refund.
  2. Breach of terms: If you breach any of the terms and conditions of the service, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Abuse of service: If you abuse the service or exceed the fair usage limits, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Changes to Refund Policy

Flickerwall reserves the right to modify or change this refund policy at any time. Changes to the refund policy will be effective immediately and will be posted on our website.

Applicable law

By using our services, you agree that the laws of India, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern this refund policy, or any dispute of any sort that might come between flickerwall and you, or our business partners and associates.

Disputes

Any dispute related to your use of our service or products purchased from us shall be arbitrated by the state or apex court of India, with exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts, specifically the High Court of Bangalore, Karnataka, India
